#RSPCTifying Your Classroom: The purpose of this session is to deepen understanding of how enhancing your classroom matrix by including student voice builds buy-in, connection and is trauma-informed. Co-creating classroom commitments and teaching expected behaviors as social skills are critical features of SEL integration. Our learning targets for the day are to: Build background knowledge of #RSPCT integrated model; Deepen understanding of the benefits of co-creating classroom agreements; and to explore practical ways to enhance the classroom matrix to address restorative practices, PBIS, SEL, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices.
